We provide maternity and baby items to families in need ​(including biological, adoptive, and foster families). If you just ​had a baby or are about to have a baby, let us help you ​obtain the items that you need for your little one. We assist ​with maternity clothes, postpartum supplies, baby clothes ​(up to 5T), various baby items, baby furniture, additional ​resources and so much more. We are here for you!

Our Warm Embrace is a needs-based organization, not an ​income-based organization. Everyone’s situation is different. ​We’ve got you!

Meet the Founder/Executive Director

Hello!

Thank you for believing in Our Warm Embrace and our great mission to help parents in need. I have donated to and volunteered for many organizations throughout my life including Habitat for Humanities, Girl Scouts, Church Groups, PTA’s, School Events, helping the homeless, participating in community service opportunities, and many more. I continue to support other nonprofits as a consultant and assist them with other grant services. I am a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, a Brownie Troop Leader, and a GSP2P Service Unit 157 Leadership Volunteer.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA with a background in media, business, education, workforce services, grant writing, and social services. I hold a bachelor's degree from Temple University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. I am currently working on my North Carolina Teachers Certification. I also hold a series of professional certifications.

I I’ve had my fair share of struggles as a mom, and with life in general, so I fully understand what it is like to truly be in need. Helping people to get what they need is so rewarding. Providing pregnant moms, new parents, adoptive parents, and foster parents with the support that they need helps the new baby get the best possible start in life. I believe that everything that I have done in my life, and have gone through, has led me to this point of starting this organization. We are the big hug that many are in need of. We’ve got you!
